Review: It's been a few years since I read this book, but I was impressed with how thorough and inside the book got. It never descended into gossip or tabloid journalism. It's as close to actually being in the country music industry as one can get. You don't have to be a fan of Trisha Yearwood to appreciate it (though if you're not, you'll defnitely be curious about her after you're done). It's a fascinating and insightful look into the business of making music.
