Rating: Summary: Add just one more title to the top of your reading list Review: Before you completely put away your summer reading stockpile, add one more title to the top of the list: "Reflections in the Rearview Mirror" by Cape Codder Jack Warner. A considerable force in Boston and Massachusetts politics for many years, Warner's anecdotal memoir is a revealing mix of art, politics, love, and grief. This is truly a poignant reflection on life, and the people and places that helped shape Jack Warner.
It wasn't just the content that hooked me -- the format drew me in, too. Different life experiences are described in detail, but each anecdote or memory gets its own short chapter. This format makes reading the book a breeze, since you can set the book down and pick up where you left off so easily.
My personal favorite story is "The Bridge." I had chills while reading it.
