Review: I've been in real estate for 2 years and am constantly looking for books to help me understand this business and of course, how to do it better. This book was just what I was looking for! I highlighted and tooks notes while reading and am now implementing everyting into my system. I've gotten some great ideas and insights and feel energized to get out there and try some of these ideas. I highly recommend this book to anyone who is at the beginning of their career, or just needs a push to get back the old excitement. It's great!

Summary: Book Helps Managers Create More Experienced Agent Production
Review: We worked with a local consultant in using On Track to Success in 30 Days to create a course for our experienced agents. We involved our managers, too. In a few weeks, we raised the production of our experienced agents, and saw them actually scheduling meetings themselves to prospect! The book has all the checklists, evaluations, and real life stories necessary to help experienced agents reach the next career level. I highly recommend it to any real estate owner, manager, trainer, or experienced agent who wants to leap experienced agents' careers forward--fast. We also had Carla Cross come to our company and present a program, to motivate and inspire agents, and we had a teleconferencing event with her to kick off our workshop series.
