Review: This is a terrific book, especially for the cook who wants to know more about healthful cooking techniques. I have applied these techniques to the foods that my family & I enjoy. The book offers a wide range of recipes that are unique, interesting, and fun to prepare. There is a section on nutrition that explains healthful eating in easy-to-understand terms. Also a section on wine with food. I loved this book, it is written in a friendly tone with a great deal of personal insight on food from the authors. Most of all the recipes are superb!
