Review: "Goizueta is a great leader and helped out the company in a great way.
Greising is a great author and portrayed Goizueta's leadership well."

Summary: Goizuetas Genius
Review: I thought that this book was very informative and inpspiring. It seems ironic how the American Dream was achieved through an American product, with an ambitious Cuban man. I found the book to be a little biased. It refuses to show the readers any outside view of Roberto Goizueta. It seems that the author wrote it with the intention of making Mr. Goizueta out to look as perfect as possible. I found the book to be compelling. I very much enjoyed hearing about the gambles Mr. Goizueta took. Such as abandoning TAB SODA in favor of DIET COKE. And when he changed advertising corporations only to change them again years later in order to boost sales. Not to mention his influence in expanding Coca Cola world wide and improving the quality of Coke bottlers globally. I would recomend this book to anyone who is interested in learning anything about how to run a buisness the right way. As exemplified by Mr. Goizueta and the Coca Cola company...From the ground on up.

David Greising- is the Atlanta bureau cheif of Business Week magazine. He is also an author of: "Brokers", "Bagmen& Moles: Fraund and Corruption in the Chicago Futures Market".

The main idea of this book is to show the reader a life history of a Roberto Goizueta

The book, "I Like World To Buy A Coke" by David Greising gives us very detailed information on Coke Compnany history. Robert Goizueta, CEO of the Coca-Cola was a Cuban imigrant. Thanks to his ambitious character he was able to start a new better life in United States of America. He menaged to live through all the obstacles of an immigrant and become most succesful CEO. Thanks to his possition and strength he changed Coca-Cola into the most profitable corrporation. Who knew that Coca-Cola was loosing its market for Pepsi? If you want to learn more about Coca-Cola you've got to read this book!

"Some of the materials were repeated" (A reader from Malysia).

Summary: All about Coke
Review: Robert Goizueta was on of the most influencial business men of his time. He changed the entire formula of Coke as a product and as a company. The numerous accounts of Goizueta's plans to take coke totally global shown a new light on the world of coke. It was facinating to learn about the behind-the-scenes action that took place to make Coke in to a Brand Name Monster. I would recommend this book to anyone who was interested in finding out how Coke became the most recognizable name in almost all the world and the life story of Robert Goizueta. I don't think, however, it is a good book if you are looking for an enlightening economical outlook.

Summary: Worth reading
Review: The book presents a clear and interesting picture of both Coke and Roberto Goizueta. Like so many other biographies about people like Goizueta, the subject did not co-operate with the author in the biographical effort. Although this somewhat diminished the work, it was not enough to make much of a difference. I think the author does a good job of showing how organized and methodical Goizueta was, as well as how traditional and staid the Coca-Cola Company had become before Goizueta. He gave an especially interesting insight into the influence of the Coke's ex-chairman Woodruff. Most importantly, the reader felt that they got to know Goizueta and understand the way he worked and thought. As one of the more successful CEO's of our time, this makes the book worth reading.
