Summary: A few good tips, but lopsided on modern customer service
Review: This sensless dribble no where near desrves one star. That is is far to mush credit for it. There is no possible way this man has work the front lines of customer service since the 50's when people were still civil. He would have a mental breakdown if he tried to work one on one with the customers, within a week.
