Review: After wading through the countless other 'how-to' house decorating/feng shui books out there, I came across Brangham's great HOUSEWISE. Her advice is sound, smart, and easy to apply. The lessons in here never go out of style. My husband and I just bought and renovated a house and using the basics we learned in here, we've added probably $80,000 worth of value for half the cost!!! I highly, highly reccommend this book! This is the one we've been looking for.... READ IT AND SEE!

Summary: Incredible guide full of practical advice
Review: This book is full of practical advice for anyone interested in learning more about fixing up properties and selling them for profit. I've read several books on the subject matter and this is the first I've read that is entirely based on personal experience and not theory. The author has clearly done this many, many times and is very good at explaining how its done. The stories she tells about her own experiences are especially interesting and so are the before and after photos included in the book. Although the title says the book is for women, its a great read for anyone.
