Summary: One of the first books to analyse airport commercialisation.
Review: Well-written and comprehensive in scope. Provides a good introduction to changes which are spreading rapidly in the global airport industry. Although dated, it is still relevant. My only criticism is that it does not give sufficient consideration to airports as part of a multi-modal transportation infrastructure, which is likely to be the future of the airport industry.
