Review: I found that this book clarified many of the things that I knew and felt about managmentbut was unable to put into words. The author does an excellent job of discussing variousaspects of leadership and provides practical tools that can be used immediately in the work environment. I work for a Utility and we have already started to change the way we view personnel performance based on concepts presented in this book. I read it once, let the ideas simmer for a week, and then read it again.
