Summary: The Process Edge
Review: Excellent overview and approach to project selection for business process improvement. Clear and original thinking on the matrix and balance sheet approach to process definition. Little detail however on what to do once the targeted areas are identified. Good companion to Good To Great by Collins (with similar levels of implementation detail).

Rating: 3 stars
Summary: Poor follow through
Review: I've never been disappointed in any of Peter G.W. Keen's work and this book is no exception. It is a very clear explanation on how to really add value when doing reengineering. Includes discussion of economic value add (EVA) and how it can be used to really add value. If you are familiar with the reengineering literature, this is a good book to put it all into practical perspective.

Rating: 4 stars
Summary: Thought Provoking!
Review: Keen excels at extending the definition of processes and providing a structured Salience/Worth matrix approach of thinking about them. An important read for developing an understanding of processes and their role.
