Rating: Summary: Peterson's Engineer and Computer Science Careers Review: This book gives people interested in Computer Science and Engineering a relatively comprehensive look at the various career options available to them. It discusses the educational requirements necessary for various positions, the starting salary of the positions and a short description of the work that would be performed. The only thing I found lacking in this book was the amount of information given regarding the specific job. I would have preferred more detail when describing the actual tasks of each position. Otherwise, I found the book quite helpful and I feel it painted a realistic portrait of most entry level positions available for engineers and computer science majors.
