Summary: an elegant little book - competition for Zagats at Christmas
Review: "Barry LePatner's "Quotes on the Business of Life" is a handy little volume. It's small and elegant enough to leave on an entry room table or guest room dresser. And it's engaging enough to keep you paging through in search of just the right advice for every occasion. What started as a personal collection of meaningful thoughts has grown to something far more universal--an enlightened and lighthearted guide to life."

Summary: The perfect quote for any situation
Review: LePatner has assembled a well-organized group of pithy, humorous and thought provoking bon mots from a wide assortment of contributors. Where else could you find musings from the likes of Benjamin Disraeli, Al Capone, Woody Allen, Donald Trump and LePatner himself? These quotes are guaranteed to render just the right advice, personally and professionally. Open any page and you are bound to find a phrase or admonition that speaks directly to you or about you or about someone you know - or wish you didn't. Cleverly organized into a wide-range of categories "Greatness," "Honor," "Revenge," "Facetious Advice," - "Never buy a portable TV set on the sidewalk from a man who is out of breath," and so on. The reader can't help but find the perfect thought to capture the moment. Keep this book handy and you will never be at a loss for words.

Summary: an elegant little book - competition for Zagats at Christmas
Review: This is a beautiful, little book, a wonderful corporate gift, different and distinctive. It is filled with perfect quotations for every occasion in business and personal life, and the illustrations are beautiful, as well. It is a pleasure to flip through, and a wonderful desk reference as it is organized by topic: "achievement" "adversity" "competition" "immortality" "risk" "war". High end clients or customers would welcome being thought of in such an elegant manner.
