Summary: Great place to start for beginning investors
Review: I already owned the course and it works! But I was curious to know more about Carleton Sheets and his background, so I bought the book. He does give us a glimpse at his past, but primarily he offers a lot of tips and techniques for beginning real estate investors -- many which are also included in his course.If you want to get a taste for his investment strategies and philosophies -- buy the book. And if you like what you see, I recommend the course for anyone who wants to make more money!

Summary: Great book by Mr. Real Estate
Review: Mention real estate investing and the name Carleton Sheets immediately comes up. He has been called Mr. Real Estate. Carleton Sheets is uniquely qualified to discuss real estate investing. Not only is he seen by millions of people via his highly successful informercials, he has also amassed a forune investing in real estate. Interesting is that Carleton is called upon to write forewards for other real estate books. This man is highly credible and respected. I highly recommend this book by Carleton Sheets.

Review: Of course I have seen Carleton Sheets infomercials numerous times over the last 18 years. The fact that he has lasted this long while so many others are gone says a thing or two about the guy and the success of his system.What Carleton is teaching is essentially what all successful all etate investors have done to amass wealth and tax deferred income via real estate investing. He has his own variations, but none the less, it's allt he same and what's more Sheets admits it. Carleton Sheets admits that the first man to use these techniques was Mr. Zuckendorth but Sheets did the most to popularize them. Sheets has written a good book on real estate investing replete with nothing down strategies, an overview of real estate investing, testimonials and much more.

Summary: Basic, but good stuff that sounds good to me.
Review: Yes--this book is an overview of Carleton course but it also contains some good information and is very suitable for the newcomer to real estate. Carleton covers a lot of his famous "No Money Down" techniques and beats to deatht he success of his students. In that regard, it does resemble an advertisement, but if you have the testimonials, why not flaunt them? This book will not be enough to get your started in real estate investing. His course is far more complete. This book will get your interest. The course will make you wealthy. Use this book as an intro to real estate investing.
