Review: This is a good book if you want to learn more about franchising in general. It has a lot of great information in it. It is a little bit of a "dry read" compared to other books on the topic I have read.

It's strength and weakness is in that it provides highlights for both franchisee or franchisor but does not go into great detail for either. If anything it has a slant towards those wishing to franchise and existing business. If you are looking for a book that is in depth from either perspective I would not start with this one.
