Review: Esta serie de tres libros me han hecho conocerme a mi misma y al mundo de un nuevo y mejor modo. Han venido a servirme en cuestiones de índole laboral, personal, afectiva y espiritual. Trabajamos para vivir y hasta a veces vivimos para el trabajo, sin embargo carecemos de las herramientas para hacer de esa vida, la laboral, la mejor de las vidas. Al fallar en nuestros intentos de hacer algo digno de nuestros avatares laborales, fallamos en hacer algo digno de nosotros mismos. Las preguntas que abre y cierra Kofman, el modo amigable y facil, el modo casi coloquial en que ideas fuertes son expresadas por el autor, nos hacen ponernos en contacto con nosotros mismos nos ayudan a desarrollar potencialidades y a agrandar, ampliar nuestras capacidades.

Review: Metamanegement has been a useful reading, which guided me in my decision of becoming a better professional and person and to harmonically integrate the different dimensions of my life. What I've learned and discovered through its lines has greatly improved my professional and personal performance.
Metamanegement is enjoyable from the index to the epilogues. Both, the intelligence and the generosity of the author can be noticed in every single page and his conscious words have put light upon my choices.

Review: This brilliant book (which is part of a collection of 3 books) explains the building blocks that make for a more "human" and "conscious" work environment. It includes all the theory in which the second book, "Applications", is based.
Freddy Kofman has worked with such academics as Peter Senge and learnt from them, creating at the same time his own theory about how more conscious organizations should be created and managed. He not only reminds us (as many have done before) that the only thing that makes a difference in today's economy is PEOPLE, but also gives us a practical and believable framework to make sure we are making the most of our employees and manage them as real human beings. He doesn't ignore business results: on the contrary, he shows us how, by building a more conscious business, we can be more successful as an organization.
The principles covered in this book will also help you be a better person. This is not a self-help book, but subjects such as accountability, integrity and interpersonal skills are so well covered that you will benefit personally from them.
