Review: Many books and articles about training give you all sorts of philosophical points of view and 'tips' for changing your trainig. This book surpasses most training aids by changing the reader's thinking about the responsibility the trainer has to be credible, and then the author gives you the tools to get there. By using self-guided-assessments, and gently but persuasively repeating the point, the author drives home the point that trainers need to be credible to stay employed. By the end of this easy to read book the reader has compelling reason, desire and drive to run training like any other entrepreneurial pursuit. This book should be on every trainer's shelf, whatever the level of education and experience.
