Review: This book did not provide specific information on how different companies developed non-financial reporting indicators or what different industries are using. It was very difficult to understand and follow and does not provide state of the art information on key performance indicators. This book seemed esoteric and overly academic without practical application, not surprising given the source is the Financial Executives Research Foundation.
