Summary: Excellent pocket sized guide
Review: This is an excellent book on buying foreclosed homes. It is a basic guide and serves its purpose very well for the money. I've spent considerably more money on similar but larger books that were not as well written or informational. Provides checklists, contacts, glossary, payment tables, and 44 two page chapters or "keys" to buying foreclosed homes. The authors did not waste space, making this a little book that packs a big punch. It is very basic but provides a good foundation of information.
