Review: I loved this book. Anne Bruce doesn't waste any time re-inventing the wheel. She gives solid suggestions based on best practices from some of the world's leading organizations. I especially liked the action based exercises designed to implement change immediately. Anne also has a great sense of humor which comes through in this easy to read and easy to follow road map for leaders.

A must read and a great resource for those who want to develop their own leadership capabilities as well as those who coach or train leaders.
