Summary: Hidden treasure from the experience of an Expert
Review: Paul Skye's book "Mastery Of Stress" contains some of the best information I have encountered. Lucidity and humor introduce the reader to some stunningly effective techniques for altering brain function - much of it from the rich treasure trove of Yoga by an Indian trained Westerner. Paul Skye was initiated in Bihar, India as Swami Ajnananda Saraswati and brings many years of experience.

What worries me is much of the original and invaluable information may be missed by a reader glossing over the title and not reading the book. A must book for Yoga students, teachers and anyone feeling crushed by the hectic life of year 2000 - in fact anyone seeking Stress reduction or unique information presented in an original and readable fashion.

Thank you Swamiji - for a highly valuable book!

Summary: Stress Mastery for Every Place
Review: When we are at the bookstore, we are often attracted by what's on offer and visibly pleasing to the eye. Attraction to visual pleasures sometimes makes us miss other valuable gems that may be tucked away out of sight but unless you really look hard, gems with obscure covers and titles are usually overlooked.

Once you've read this book, you will find the contents will not be far out of sight. It contains some of the best Yoga techniques and should perhaps be re-titled "Stress Mastery For Every Place", not just the "Workplace". Judging a book by its cover and the title alone will influence many seekers into missing this one boat altogether. What you see on the outside cover cannot begin to unravel the true value within the book's pages.
