Summary: Valuable resource - a bit frustrating to use
Review: There were some valuable activities in this manual. The biggest frustration was that not all of the resources are available on the disk. It only includes the activities but none of the lecture graphics or the sample agendas. I also found that the activities on the disk did not appear exactly as they do in the book. Some of the graphics were missing.
