Rating:  Summary: Dr. Truskie Hits the Mark Review: Dr. Truskie's thesis that an integrated and balanced organizational culture is a necessity for long-term managerial success is right on target. This book is not only a valuable education on building leadership qualities and enhanced organizations, it is encouraging to those of us who try to maintain an even keel in currents that want to pull the ship toward the rocks. I wish that I had been exposed to the L4 strategy earlier in my career. I would have yielded quicker and superior results in establishing an effective organization.

Rating:  Summary: Excellent Book on Company Culture Review: If you are an executive, business owner, or manager, this book will help you. I always believed company culture was important, but I had no idea about how to create the right culture. This book provides an easy model to follow that makes sense, plus it offers leadership guidelines to make it happen. I have already instituted some of the ideas presented in the book and I have seen significant positive performance results already. I would definitely recommend this book to any leader who wants to improve the performance of his company.
