Review: I have used this textbook for 5 years for my marketing diploma students. The book has proved itself in South Africa and used by hundreds of students with success. My only wish is that the authors change the attiutude measurement section and add clearer examples.

Summary: Fickleness of Consumer Behavior Defined and Described
Review: The textbook used in my Graduate Diploma in Marketing course, it gave me great insights in the fields of Consumer Behavior. I especially enjoyed the many interesting ads used throughout the text to illustrate certain learning points. Very readable.
