Review: I am very pleased to be the first reviewer of Mr. Lucier's brand new book. I was planning on pre-ordering through Amazon but happened to find it in my local bookstore. Needless to say, I am quite impressed with his material. This is a no-nonsense book that explained Mr. Lucier's strategy on flipping both commercial and residential properties using exclusive straight-options and lease-options. Everything is this book is based on Mr. Lucier's years of experience as an option investor as he openly shared his successful deals as well as mistakes that he made to the reader. I read the book in a couple nights but there are so much details that I'll need to continue to use it as a reference while I am working on my deals. I find the list of 100 real estate related website and the downloadable forms very useful. I also emailed Mr. Lucier a couple times and he responded quickly. I highly recommend this book because there are very few books and courses on options.
