Summary: Wake me up when it's over........
Review: What happened?.....I opened this book, read the first chapter, and woke up 7 years later with a very impressive beard. While it is inevitable that books of this type are unlikely to be a thrilling roller-coaster ride, Mr Rosenthal has succeeded in sterilizing the sterile, neutering the neutered, and creating possibly the least interesting work since "A Brief History of Toilet Roll Holders," and the follow-up opus, "A Toilet Roll Holding History of Briefs." Read this book only in emergencies, when you are concerned that your life is just way too enjoyable.
