Rating: 5 stars
Summary: Entrepreneuring - This explains it in a step by step manner
Review: I have started two companies and each time someone asks me for advice I suggest that they read this book. It is an excellent "How to" book about starting a business.

Steven Brandt lays out the steps for an entrepreneur to follow prior to starting a company and after the initial startup. To ignore these steps is to ask for trouble.

The Ten Commandments are very clear to follow, with basic questions about Understanding your market, Understanding how you are going to make money and Understanding your partners and your motivations.

If you read this book and follow his advice you have a good chance of avoiding some of the major start-up pitfalls.

I highly recommend the book.
