Review: As a first time homebuyer, Julie's book helped me understand the complex issues in shopping for the best loan as well as negotiating with the lender. Especially helpful was her overview of financing via the web. I'm looking forward to using her equity management ideas to save a bundle on my home, and am ordering her mortgage book as well.

Review: I won this book at a continuing education class. I am a real estate agent in Las Vegas. The only people who may value this book are those who have never owned a home. The information is horribly basic. There are hundreds of better books available. Buy this one used or borrow it from a friend. It is not worth paying retail.
