Review: I purchased this book to help explain some of the complexities of an LLC and why there are so few in the State of Florida. The book answered all my questions and in fact explained that with the new laws in Florida, this is the only way to go. I was able to use the forms and send a check to the state the same evening and was registered within a week. A great savings over an attorney and I'm not at all sure I would have understood any where near as much had I gone to one. Most attorney's themselves are not LLC's but probably will be in the near future when they have had a chance to go over all the changes within the law.
