Rating:  Summary: An Excellent Book! Review: I've been in business for myself for 2+ years after +/-15 years in corporate america. This book has helped me tremendously. It teaches the basics of sales for those of us who have always said "I'm not a salesperson." I've read Ziglar, Hopkins and Schiffman among others, but this is the book I've been searching for. It is very encouraging and I give this my highest recommendation for the entrepreneur without developed sales skills.
Rating:  Summary: It really is a "complete sales course between two covers". Review: This book really gives step by step information on the selling process. I like the fact also that this book is easy reading, right to the point, every chapter. Being somewhat new to the selling process this was a big help. The author really knows his stuff, he shares all kinds of great selling strategies and techniques. It's really just chocked full of new information on the selling process. I reread it all the time. I also enjoyed the chapters on time management and personal goal setting. Anyone who sells can't miss getting good information from this book. It's just great! I hope he writes a follow-up book soon.
