Review: This book contains hundreds of one line phrases that can be used in performance reviews. All you have to do is flip through the pages, and take the phrases you need to write your reviews. There are great categories to choose from--communication skills,technical skills, professionalism, and the list goes on. At the price, it is an absolute steal. I've done performance reviews in about 1/4 of the time it used to take me. You have to get this book if you are a manager!!!
