Rating: Summary: The best book I have read to promote my business! Review: I have read a lot of marketing books, especially for internet marketing and I thought I knew "the ropes", but this book really pointed me in the right direction to successfully promote my website. I gained a lot from reading this book in general knowledge, practical tips, straightforward advice and a great list of resources. If you read this book in conjuction with the author's other scrapbook business book "Secrets of Scrapbooking Success: Making Money Making Memories" and visit her website (with a free email newsletter for scrapbook businesses) you will be set! I feel like I have had business training from a "career coach" now that I have read these books. My favorites parts of this book were the chapters explaining EXACTLY how to write a news release, submit it and get it published. Then the author explains how to put together an effective media kit. I also really learned a lot from the chapter on PC Promotion=Dot.com dollars because my business is running a free informational website so I don't want to have to spend a lot of money promoting it. This book would be a valuable resource to anyone with a scrapbook business; store owner, consultant, scrapper for hire, large company or small Mom & Pop operation. I would highly reccommend you read it soon!
