Summary: Great practical guide for anyone managing a project
Review: Many books on project management include a lot of theory. I liked this book because it offers some solid, practical guidance to project managers and project teams to improve their effectiveness at delivering projects successfully. I also like how it covers the role of the project manager and the difference between leading and managing a project team. It also does a great job of describing how to charter, build and sustain a project team and the dynamics that teams go through. This has helped me be a better project manager by understanding these team dynamics.
