Review: A friend heard this author speak at a conference and said I had to get a copy of this book (she wouldn't part with hers). I love it! It's like talking with 30 business women who've been there - and hearing in their own words how they deal with work/life balance issues. It made me feel so good to know I'm not the only one struggling - and helped me develop my own checklist of things that will work in my life. I'm giving copies to two friends at work and my boss for Christmas!

Review: I couldn't put this book down! I've been working in large corporations for nearly 15 years and have two grade school children. I didn't think anyone understood what I was going through but now I know that I am not alone. I found many strategies in the book that will work for me - the workbook was incredible! Thank you to the executive women who put this together so that I can achieve work/life balance!!
