Rating: 5 stars
Summary: Insightful and very practical.
Review: Great stories and many good action ideas that I found immediately useful. Blank takes a different approach to understanding leadership: he clearly describes the distinction between "leaders" vs. "managers". He also explains how, through awareness and then use of specific "natural laws" (both individual and universal), anyone can create atunement with "followers" -- which according to Blank, is the basis of successful leadership.

Rating: 5 stars
Summary: One of the best on Leadership theory and practice!
Review: There is such a glut of business and management and leadership books out these days, that I was delighted to find something that moves past the fundamentals of Leadership/Followership, providing sensible action plans that are very practical, user-friendly and effective.

I enjoyed this book and have recommended it to many others - especially my top people striving for executive level positions.

Rating: 2 stars
Summary: TOO COMPLICATED
Review: Unfortunately, the only chapter do address the 9 natural laws of leaderhsip is the first one...after that, the author moves into the quantum leadership theory for the remaining part of the book. The book is filled with great information but is is buried deep within complicated, over-technical sentences. The author seems to be out to impress other authors with his use of $10 words than to get a worthwhile set of information to the reader. It is very unfortunate since there is very good info in this book but it is soooo hard to get to it. He should try to write this book over again and let a normal person read it first before publishing it! Don in Denver.
