Rating:  Summary: A great planning resource for CRM Review: Being through many CRM implementations I can say that I wish everyone would read this book before starting a CRM implementation. The author brings CRM down to the "street level". Too many books focus on technology, this book focuses on the planning aspect. This would be a great resource for anyone considering or planning a CRM initiative. It is a roadmap to CRM success.

CRM strategies can be overwhelming and complicated but this book takes the reader through the basic concepts as well as direction on how to start the process.
