Review: While this book provides helpful ideas about projects, I expected and wanted a book that gave hints on preparing your house for sale without spending money. All ideas are in the $100 and up range and are actual construction or other projects. What I was looking for were hints such as: "To make your closet look bigger, do ____, ____ and ____" or "to make your house warm and inviting, light some candles and "brew" cinnamon on the stove when you are showing it"
