Summary: Quick reference for busy supervisors
Review: This is an excellent, easy-to-read booklet that we recommend to all new supervisors in our company. It highlights charts, facts, checklists, guidelines which makes it easy to refer to after completing it. Good examples are given for situations and exercises for the reader to complete as well. We are ordering extra copies for the high demand for this book.
