Review: Using only the material contained in this book I negotiated (without the expense of lawyer, accountant or ex-IRS official) a fifteen cents on the dollar settlement of a past due account with the IRS. I found the advice clear and easy to follow. Bottom line: if you are having problems with the IRS this book is definitely worth buying and reading.
