Review: i rally cant put this book down its amazing it really helps you understand the things in life u need to. it helps you better manage your time to make it positive rather then negative because somtimes you're not realizing it but you're spending more time tryingto make a better life than actually having one its just an over all great book and it really helps you manage your time.

Summary: A book to give to Type A's.
Review: This book explains a variety of ways to eliminate the stresses in life that can damage one's health and otherwise reduce the quality of one's life. It may be useful to those who feel generally stressed out but can't seem to identify how to control that stress.

The writing attempts to be witty, but falls a bit short in places.

It's a pretty quick read, so it may be possible to get some Type A's to sit down and actually read it.
