Summary: Good. But not the best. read on...
Review: If you really want to find out about the real Pat Robertson read "The Most Dangerous Man In The World" by Rob Boston. It gives you a real sense of this media nut and his wacko ideas. Viewers beware.....Robertson is a fraud!

Rating: 2 stars
Summary: Try another book!
Review: This book misses the point. The author is ignorant of most of the themes of american religious history that puts robertson in his proper context. There are many problems with Robertson, but a book like this will not illuminate them. The worst thing about the book is that much of it could have been have written by anyone. For example, one chapter is about the CBN web page and what is on it. Another chapter is the authors retelling of a speech that Robertson gave at the republican national convention. Any reader could just read the actual script and get more out of it. In short, for anyone looking for a book on Robertson try David Harell's book on Robertson, it is the most balanced. This book is not really helpful, it is style over substance.
