Review: I have worked in the nonprofit field for over 20 years, most recently as a consultant, so I am always looking for good books to recommend to clients that need a broad range of advice. This book fits that bill, giving an overview of each of the areas that need to be examined in nonprofit operations. Some areas are given a rather broad brush-stroke, but the sections on fundraising and finance were quite thorough. This is not "the only book you will ever need," but it will give you good issues to consider and good standards for planning.
