Rating: Summary: Don't buy this if you want to learn about leadership. Review: I agree with the assessment of the previous review. I would love to get my money back. If you are really interested in leadership try "Organizing Genius" by Warren Bennis. It much more interesting and talks about creating high performance teams.

Rating: Summary: Two Highly Enthusiastic Thumbs UP! Review: The 1% Solution, Leadership Through Action, in a few words: 'Great, outstanding, motivational, moving to action, inspiring.' It's cuts through the red tape often found in many of today's self help books and gets right to the point of specific self questions, and specific how to solutions that focuses on the individual's personal effort. ('If it is to be, it is up to me.') Ten two letter words that can make the difference between success and failure. As a connoisseur and avid reader of good self-improvement books, I've probably read 40 or 50 in the past few years, from: Napoleon Hill's famous classic: Think and Grow Rich, Anthony Robbins': Personal Power and The Giant Within, to Steven Covey's run away best seller: The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People. This is one of the best! I know that because it will be my text book, and constant companion until I've memorized and internalized its teachings and concepts. In a word it's a book with an action plan, and solutions I can act on immediately without any complicated formulas or state of the art strategy.
Rating: Summary: Amazing Book! Review: This book was incredible, it has helped improve every aspect of my life. I think Bijan Afkami is going to be the next Dale Carnegie. Perhaps some readers are not used to his unconventional writing style, but I enjoyed it thoroughly, and found it effective as well as interesting. Definitely buy this book if you want to learn how to be a great leader.
