Review: This is a fantastic book from a fantastic author. He not only tells one how to get started flipping Real Estate, he tells you how to find the funding. Very helpful for a guy like me, starting with nothing. Also you can actually get a hold of him if you have any questions. (very unusual) Before today, I have never writen a review, but I had to say it. This book is TERRIFIC!!! Thanks Rod.
