Rating:  Summary: one of the best books I have ever read about US business. Review: Speaking to hundreds of GMs of Chinese travel agencies, I have highlighted 11 points enuciated in this book, points I believe applicable in China's travel business, such as Bill Gates' "Scanning the horizon constantly", and Motorola's pursuit of "total cuostomer satisfaction."
