Review: This book does a very good job of translating the dry language of the internal revenue code into plain English. A must read for tax accountants in the corporate tax field. In addition, related court cases and revenue rulings and revenue procedures are clearly identified by its footnotes. When this book is cross-referenced with the actual code sections, the mystiques of tax are dispelled. I saw the light!
