Review: I really liked the book "Employee Surveys That Make a Difference." During the course of my graduate school career, the book entitled, "Organizational Surveys" was required reading. I like that book as well, but I intend to recommend "Employee Surveys That Make a Difference" as optional reading because it laid out a lot of what "Organizational Surveys" spoke to but in simpler form. Its applicability to practice rather than such a scientific approach is a plus. These two books really complement one another.
