Summary: a really good book
Review: The (easy-reading) book is strongly recommended since it focuses on qualitative evaluation rather than quantitative methods which are rarely useful in some cases; it explains why and when they must be used. There is a short but clear explication of many terms, models and applications of the methods. Good applied examples are used through the book. If you are looking for quantitative methods for evaluation then, this book is not for you.
