I, too, was a "later in life" freelancer (starting in my mid-thirties as a professional writer). Her book is filled with straight-off-the-cuff hints and creative suggestions for turning a passion for writing into a writing career. I have read her book and used her ideas, and now have published more than 75 articles in newspapers and magazines within the past 20 months.

Her tone is conversational and her advice is professional. If you've even remotely considered attempting a career as a writer, you must read this book!
