Summary: Monster
Review: Life isn't as easy as it seems to many people. Being accused of murder is the worst thing that could happen in your life. In my whole life I would never want to go through something that horrible as the main character did. Everything that he went through, all the pain, all the accusations and later on he was found not guilty. Now he can't live a normal life as we do, because people probably look at him different.

Summary: Monster
Review: "Monster", by Dean Myers was an excellent book. The book is very easy to read, exciting and mysterious. I enjoyed this book and I would recommend it because it teaches us a valuable lesson. When you read this book it feels like you are in the court with Steve Harmon and King. This book teaches us that you should be more careful and also that you should be aware of the people that you are dealing with. This book is well worth reading!!!

Summary: MONSTER
Review: I think this is a good book. I think this is a good book because the author did a good job introducing the readers about the characters, and keeping you up to date with the days of the week. I also think this is a good book because the author did the story as a movie. Many people will consider reading this book because it's based on a true story. Many teenager's who I know will consider reading this book because the same thing that happened to 16 yr old Steve Harmon can happen to any other 16 yr old. What happened to Steve Harmon is that he was at the wrong place at the wrong time, he went into a drugstore and saw two robbers trying to rob the cashier guy and one of the robbers shot and killed the cashier guy and Steve Harmon walked in and out and was accused of the killing of the cashier guy.
One of the best part of the book for me was when Steve Harmon was on trial. When the characters would take the stand the author did a good job on showing the reader how nervous they were, the way they would talk, and the way they reacted when the judge read the verdict. Overall, I think this book is mainly recommended for teenagers.

Summary: Monster
Review: Monster by Walter Dean Myers was such a great book. Once I started reading it I couldn't stop. I loved the way they told the book as if it was a movie, that helped me get pictures of what was happening throughout the story. Another good thing was the way Steve wrote down what he was feeling throughout his court days, that helped me see what he thought about the things they were saying. The ending of the book was really surprising and left me with my eyes wide open. I believe whoever reads this book will read it in a fast pace just like I did. I would recommend this book for children my own age and older because they can probably relate to similar things happening in the story.

Review: The Book "Monster" by Walter Dean Myers is a great book!
This is a book worth reading. From the beginning to
the end, you get into the book. Specially since it
makes you feel like if you are actually in a court
room by the dialog that the author uses in the book.
I personally enjoyed this book, and I would recomend it.
I would recomend it for the fact that the story deals
with a lot of what we see every day in our neighborhoods.
It is a great book, specially for those who are going
through these same problems in life. It can make you
think twice about the mistake you will make, if you
ever come across a problem like Steve did, being in the
wrong place at the wrong time.

Summary: The greatest book ever
Review: This book captured my mind. Once I began to read the story I couln't stop reading the book. This book has everything a reader would like you to know about the story being told. We can see the different points of view from each character. The story seems so real because it displays some pictures and we see how steve seems to write down his day by day experience in jail. At the end of the book there is a lot of tension for King and for Steve...I am really amazed and surprised that this story is not based in a true story. I would really recommend teenagers that I know who want to change their lives read this book. This book really had a big impact on me.
