Rating: Summary: Thank you Mr. Gerstein! Review: This is an incredible book that deals with a subject we all seem to want to avoid....children and September 11th. September 11th certainly isn't the focus of this beautiful book, but the sense of loss is lurking in the background. The illustrations are so true to the location and bring back many memories of a place that will be forever changed, but hopefully never forgotten. This book is for children and adults alike...and absolutely deserves a place on the coffee tables of every reception area in the Financial District of New York. The World Trade Center existed...the people who were lost that terrible day existed...and happily Phillipe Pettit's walk between the twin towers existed too. Thank you Mr. Gerstein, your book is a beautiful tribute to a place i will mourn forever.
